Carico International Inc. (“Carico”) offers the most generous warranty in the bedding industry. We are so confident in the quality of our product that Carico warrants that your unit is free of defects in
material and workmanship from the date of the original purchase for 21 years on the inner core of the Sleeping System and 7 years on the Sleeping System’s cover and topper and the pillow covers and inner cores. Our limited warranty even covers damage caused by acts of God, such as flood, fire and earthquake. See Limited Warranty for details.

Limited Warranty For Carico Ultra Tech Silver Collection Sleeping System
Carico International, Inc. (“Carico”) warrants your Ultra Tech Silver Collection Sleeping System (“System”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twenty-one (21) years on the
inner core of the System from the date of original purchase of the System and seven (7) years on the pillow cover, pillow inner core, System topper and System cover from the date of original purchase of the System. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the System, and does not apply if: (1) the System has been altered in any way; (2) if the purchaser fails to follow Carico’s instructions for proper care of the System; and/or (3) the purchaser fails to use the System with the proper foundation. In addition, this limited warranty does not cover any staining or soiling of the Sleep System or if the mattress experiences more than normal wear and tear. Carico recommends
all covers be cleaned by a professional laundry or dry clean service.
Body impressions are normal and should be expected. These impressions are an indication that the Sleeping System is giving you a good night’s sleep. Body impressions of 1.5” or less in depth
are not covered in your warranty.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CARICO, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED ENTITIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. (As examples, this excludes damages for lost time; travel to and from Carico, and cost of shipping to and from Carico. The items listed are not exclusive, but are for illustration only.)

ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO THE
PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Carico’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any piece or component it finds defective free of charge during the first year and a prorated basis to the customer for the remainder of the warranty period plus shipping and handling on a prorated basis of the current retail purchase price plus shipping and handling based on the current suggested retail price. The prorated cost to the customer for the Sleeping System is equal to 1/20th of the retail
price times the number of years which have elapsed since the purchase. The prorated cost to the customer for the pillow cover, pillow inner core, System topper and System cover is equal to 1/7th
of the retail times the number of years which have elapsed since the purchase.
If the System is damaged or destroyed by misuse, neglect, accident or act of God, including but not limited to, fire, flood, storm and/or earthquake, Carico will replace the System for fifty percent (50%) of Carico’s suggested retail purchase price at the time replacement is sought plus shipping and handling to and from the address below, or at the prorated rate of 1/20 times the number of years since the original purchaser, plus shipping and handling, to and from the address below, whichever is greater. To obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must submit proof of loss and proof of original purchase to Carico in writing within sixty (60) days of occurrence.
To make a warranty claim, you must first contact Carico International, Inc. to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). An RA# is required before you return the product to Carico International, Inc. When returning the product to Carico, write the RA# in clear, legible printing on the outside of the box. The duration, terms and conditions of this warranty are valid worldwide, except where different limitations, restrictions or conditions may be required by local law.
Carico recommends regular cleaning of all bedding, including but not limited to mattress and pillow covers by a Professional Laundry or Dry Cleaning Service.
